Alan F. Feldman

Chief Executive Officer

Alan F. Feldman serves as Chief Executive Officer of Resource Real Estate and Director for Resource Real Estate Opportunity REIT and Resource Real Estate Opportunity REIT II. Mr. Feldman joined Resource Real Estate in 2002 and has over 20 years of real estate investment experience. Prior to joining Resource Real Estate, Mr. Feldman served as Vice President at Lazard, Freres & Co., an investment banking firm specializing in real estate advisory work. Previously, he served as an executive at the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust. Mr. Feldman began his real estate investment career as Director at Strouse, Greenberg & Co., a full service real estate company. Mr. Feldman received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from Tufts University and a Master of Business Administration, Real Estate and Finance concentration, from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Feldman is a CRE and is also an active member of ULI, ICSC, and currently teaches at The Wharton School.

David E. Bloom

President

David E. Bloom serves as President. Mr. Bloom serves as Senior Vice President of Resource America since 2001 and has been President of Resource Real Estate since 2004. Mr. Bloom is also President of Resource Real Estate Funding since 2005. Resource Real Estate Funding originates and invests in commercial real estate debt. Prior to joining Resource Real Estate, Mr. Bloom was a Senior Vice President of Colony Capital, the real estate private equity fund manager, as well as a Principal of Colony Capital Asia Pacific. While at Colony Capital, Mr. Bloom was responsible for the broad expansion of the firm’s business in Asia, as well as the identification, evaluation and consummation of new investments and he actively participated in the firm's capital raising efforts. Previously, Mr. Bloom was Director of Sonnenblick-Goldman Company, the real estate investment bank, where he advised clients in complex debt and equity transactions and also directed the company's private equity activities. Prior to this, Mr. Bloom practiced law in the real estate and corporate departments of Wilkie Farr & Gallagher in New York and Drinker Biddle & Reath in Philadelphia. Mr. Bloom began his real estate career in 1987 as an Acquisitions and Development Associate with Strouse, Greenberg & Company, a regional full-service real estate company based in Philadelphia. Mr. Bloom received a Bachelor of Arts from Ursinus College, where he currently serves on the Board of Trustees, and a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law.

Kevin M. Finkel

Executive Vice President

Kevin M. Finkel serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer for Resource Real Estate Opportunity REIT and Resource Real Estate Opportunity REIT II, Executive Vice President for Resource Real Estate and as Senior Vice President of Resource America. Prior to joining Resource Real Estate in 2002, Mr. Finkel was an investment banker at Barclays Capital and one of its predecessors where he advised clients in complex capital transactions. Mr. Finkel began his career as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank Securities where he advised global companies in a variety of industries, including the gaming and lodging industry. Mr. Finkel received a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration with a Real Estate and Finance concentration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Kyle Geoghegan

Managing Director and Co-Head of Debt Originations

Kyle Geoghegan serves as Managing Director of Resource Real Estate Funding. Mr. Geoghegan co-manages Resource Real Estate Funding and is based in Los Angeles. Resource Real Estate Funding originates and invests in commercial real estate debt and has closed over $2.3 billion of transactions since inception. Prior to joining Resource Real Estate Funding in 2006, Mr. Geoghegan was a Managing Director of Bear Stearns and co-managed the Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage office in Los Angeles. Mr. Geoghegan joined Bear Stearns in 1998. Previously, Mr. Geoghegan spent four years as a real estate loan officer at PNC Bank in Philadelphia, PA primarily originating construction and bridge loans. Mr. Geoghegan received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University and a Master of Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.

Peggy L. Gold

Senior Vice President Relationship Management

Peggy L. Gold serves as Senior Vice President of Relationship Management. Ms. Gold joined Resource Real Estate in 2004 and oversees the organization’s capital markets, which includes the sales, marketing, key accounts and investor services departments. Ms. Gold’s team is dedicated to supporting the broker-dealer relationships and due diligence process, conferences and seminars, and investor communications and marketing efforts. Ms. Gold is responsible for revenue generation for multiple business lines, building company brand awareness and plays an integral role in product development. Ms. Gold received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rutgers University.

Marshall P. Hayes

Senior Vice President, Director of Acquisitions

Marshall P. Hayes serves as Senior Vice President, Director of Acquisitions. Mr. Hayes joined Resource Real Estate in September 2006. Prior to joining Resource Real Estate, Mr. Hayes was Vice President of Transactions for AIMCO, a Denver-based multifamily REIT. Previously, Mr. Hayes worked for investment banking firm Lazard, Freres & Co., in New York, where he was a member of the real estate investment banking group. Mr. Hayes received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Magna Cum Laude.

Darryl Myrose

Managing Director and Co-Head of Debt Originations

Darryl Myrose serves as Managing Director of Resource Real Estate Funding. Mr. Myrose co-manages Resource Real Estate Funding and is based in Los Angeles. Resource Real Estate Funding originates and invests in commercial real estate debt and has closed over $2.3 billion of transactions since inception. Prior to joining Resource Real Estate Funding in 2006, Mr. Myrose was a Managing Director of Bear Stearns and co-managed the Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage office in Los Angeles. Mr. Myrose joined Bear Stearns in 1996. Previously, Mr. Myrose was employed with Clarion Advisors where he was an asset management analyst. Mr. Myrose received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Yvana L. Rizzo

Senior Vice President of Asset Management

Yvana L. Rizzo serves as Senior Vice President of Asset Management. Ms. Rizzo joined Resource Real Estate in 2006 and oversees the asset management of the company’s commercial real estate equity and debt portfolios. Prior to joining Resource Real Estate, Ms. Rizzo served for six years as Vice President of both the Structured Asset Management and CMBS Credit Administration groups for Capmark Finance, Inc. (formerly GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corporation). Ms. Rizzo began her career in 1997 as an underwriter and loan originator for the Northeast Commercial Real Estate Lending division of Washington Mutual Bank. Ms. Rizzo has also privately consulted on various due diligence projects for large institutional investors and B-Piece buyers within the CMBS marketplace. Ms. Rizzo received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.

Steven R. Saltzman

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Steven R. Saltzman serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Resource Real Estate and as Chief Financial Officer for Resource Real Estate Opportunity REIT and Resource Real Estate Opportunity REIT II. Mr. Saltzman has worked for Resource America in various capacities since August of 2003. Prior to joining Resource Real Estate, Mr. Saltzman was Controller at WP Realty, a regional developer and property manager specializing in community shopping centers. Mr. Saltzman began his real estate career in 1988 as a Property Controller at The Rubin Organization, a predecessor to the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust. Mr. Saltzman began his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1985. Mr. Saltzman received a Bachelor of Science from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Saltzman is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.

Joan M. Sapinsley

Managing Director and Head of Debt Capital Markets

Joan M. Sapinsley serves as Managing Director for Resource Real Estate. Ms. Sapinsley joined Resource America in 2007 to manage and increase the firm's commercial mortgage backed securities ("CMBS") portfolio. Prior to joining Resource America, Ms. Sapinsley was a Managing Director at TIAA, where she purchased CMBS. She was responsible for all single borrower and single asset CMBS, as well as below investment grade-rated CMBS and B-notes. She also directed TIAA's small balance commercial mortgage loan origination and securitization activities. Previously, Ms. Sapinsley was a Director in the Financial Services Group of Cushman & Wakefield and a real estate consultant at Laventhol & Horwath. Ms. Sapinsley received a Bachelor of Arts from Oberlin College and Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from Columbia University. She was a governor of CREFC from 2000-2013.

Shelle Weisbaum

Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Shelle Weisbaum serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Resource Real Estate and Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for Resource Real Estate Opportunity REIT and Resource Real Estate Opportunity REIT II. Prior to joining Resource Real Estate, Ms. Weisbaum practiced commercial real estate law as an associate and later as a partner at Ledgewood Law, a Philadelphia-based law firm. Previously, Ms. Weisbaum was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. Ms. Weisbaum received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and a Juris Doctorate from Temple University.
